I pitched an onboarding email journey for Adidas that centered around influencers from a larger campaign Adidas was running called “Creators Welcome.” The campaign showcased athletes, celebs, and fashion designers that brought creativity into their work, their game, or their lives.
Onboarding Email Series
The email series was designed to help bring customers into the fold. Using data already gathered, we personalized the experience, offered up relevant social material so that individuals could dive deeper into ambassador stories and gear, tied select gear to weather and the individual's location, used star ratings to showcase the top selling items, reviews to let customers see what other people in the community were saying, and served up promotions and deals as a welcome to the team.


Measuring Performance
Breaking down each email, we were able to measure the performance of individual sections and collect data for better targeting in the future.
